Confirmation Retreat - IMPORTANT

Dear Confirmation Parents,

The Confirmation retreat is set for Saturday, September 12. Please remember that this retreat is mandatory. It is required for Confirmation by the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

Due to scheduling conflicts I have had to cancel the class that was originally scheduled for Sept. 6th.

The end result?

I was unable to distribute the retreat registration forms in class. So I am attaching the form here for your convenience.

I must have a completed - and signed - form for each candidate.

THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9!!!!
