Confirmation Registration Info

If you missed registration on Saturday, you still have about a few days to register late. You will find the forms below. Please print and return to the church office.

Here are few important points to keep in mind:

Please note:

1. You need to turn in a copy of the BAPTISMAL certificate with these registration forms.
2. The registration fee for Confirmation Prep ($65) & the registration fee for Abbey Fest ($35) can be combined on one check, if you so desire.
3. ALL of the attached FORMS must be submitted to me together. Please double-check to make sure that you have all of them filled out.
4. I will be handing out an overview of the program on Saturday. I will email you a copy once it is complete.
5. Our first class will not be until Feb. 21. More info will be sent via email as that date approaches.
6. Please return this form to the rectory as soon as possible... by the beginning of next week at the latest (Wednesday).
