Confirmation 2010 Registration!

The final phase of preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation begins this month at St. Peter Parish. All 10th grade students who are parishioners of St. Peter Parish need to register for this final phase (whether they attend Catholic school, public school or are homeschooled).

Confirmation 2009 - A Beautiful Liturgy

If you have not yet heard, the Confirmation liturgy was beautiful and outstanding. Literally outstanding. It definitely stands out from the last handful of Confirmation liturgies here at St. Peter. Now, this comment is not intended to reflects poorly on any other celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation. I make this comment because I honestly cannot remember another Confirmation liturgy as reverent as the one celebrated on Monday, October 12.

How to Write Confirmation Letter to Pastor

How To: Letter to the Pastor

It is customary in the dioceses across the globe for each Confirmation candidate to write a personal letter to their Bishop or their Pastor requesting the Sacrament of Confirmation. The purpose of this letter is to introduce yourself to the Bishop (or your Pastor) and to explain your Confirmation preparation experience as well as to assure him that you are asking for the sacrament freely.
